Job summary

Auxo Medical is seeking a Field Service Technician to service hospital and surgical facilities, diagnosing and repairing complex medical equipment. You will travel to customer sites, calibrate devices, and install systems while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, ability to read schematics, and comfort with tablets/PCs. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training in electronics or mechanics.
• High school diploma plus 3 years field service experience.
• 1+ year in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or industrial maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use manuals.
• Comfort with tablets/computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and surgical facilities for maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair sterilizers, washers, ultrasonic equipment.
• Calibrate and install equipment as needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain safety and sterile protocol.
