Mindray North America is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical support for patient monitoring, anesthesia, and ultrasound systems. You will be responsible for installations, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and software updates to ensure optimal performance.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer communication, and collaboration with clinical and sales teams, with an emphasis on service contracts and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in field service or hospital biomedical engineering is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for medical devices.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mindray equipment in hospitals and clinics.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers, sales, and clinical staff.
• Maintain service reports and documentation per quality system standards.
• Support contract renewals by identifying potential customers and preparing quotations.
• Manage inventory, test equipment, and vehicle to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Stay current on product updates through ongoing training with senior technicians.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical education teams during product demonstrations and installations.
