Qualifications

• One year of call center or customer service experience required.

• Ability to learn applicable computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from FSCs on orders, bills, and shipments.
• Issue return authorizations, credits, and trace shipments.
• Assist with pricing and post-order inquiries with DCs.
• Process credit card payments and allocate unapplied cash.
• Notify stakeholders of unusual situations.
• Support with order changes and backorders.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in meetings.
• Ensure accuracy of processes and standards.
