Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to process Medical Equipment Orders submitted by Medical Sales Consultants. You will coordinate procurement, review credit, and reserve inventory to fulfill complex orders.

Responsibilities include handling post-order changes, communicating with suppliers and equipment centers, and resolving issues with Finance and AP. Travel is typically limited; a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Preferred High School education or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Process Medical Equipment Orders from Sales Consultants.
• Analyze procurement methods using inventory or supplier PO creation.
• Review credit status with the credit department.
• Procure products from vendors and reserve inventory.
• Coordinate delivery with suppliers and equipment centers.
• Handle post-order requests including replacements and rebills.
• Verify items with equipment team and licensing requirements.
• Manage high volume requests via ACD, email, or fax.
• Review back orders using open PO and order reports.
• Resolve issues with Credit, AP, and Commission teams.
• Handle product inquiries and order status questions.
