Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies in patients' homes, and to train patients or caregivers in proper use.

You will answer calls and assist referrals in person at the patient location, ensuring comfort and safety. The role requires driving a clean vehicle, attention to details, clear English communication, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with offices, patients, and insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies at patient homes.
• Instruct patients and/or caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with office and billing departments to ensure accurate documentation.
