Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment at patient homes. You will train patients and caregivers and provide service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail, with on-call and travel to patient locations as needed. This is an on-site field position supporting healthcare at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies at patient homes.
• Provide patient and caregiver training on proper use and maintenance.
• Handle phone and in-person customer service for patients and referral sources.
• Process paperwork, verify insurance, and coordinate with Billing.
• Maintain accurate records and logs, and ensure equipment is safe and clean.
