Job summary

Tews Company in Amherst, NY is seeking a Patient Care Representative to support patients and daily office operations in a medical equipment setting. The role involves front desk tasks, answering calls, and assisting caregivers, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call weeks.

You will verify insurance, manage patient intake and documentation, explain equipment use, and help with scheduling deliveries. A high school diploma and healthcare customer service experience are preferred, with

• Medical receptionist or healthcare customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
