Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient with computers; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interact pleasantly with customers and referral sources.
• Familiarity with medical supplies and HIPAA/HQAA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person or by phone with prompt, courteous service.
• Complete order intake and gather necessary details for processing and payment responsibilities.
• Provide information on equipment usage, safety guidelines, insurance coverage, billing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and maintain documentation for files.
• Coordinate with service department to facilitate timely deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
