Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in medical education or related healthcare field.
• Experience developing, managing, and executing educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align programs with business objectives.
• Experience engaging physician faculty and KOLs to support educational initiatives.
• Experience evaluating educational programs and measuring learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial marketing platform leaders, franchise marketing teams, sales leadership, and key stakeholders to identify priorities and develop medical education plans.
• Design, develop, and execute physician education programs and curricula.
• Coordinate faculty participation and program execution with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Track program performance using KPIs and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
