Job summary

Tri-S Recruiters seeks a Medical Director (Infectious Disease/Family Practice/Internal Medicine) for an outpatient clinic in Arlington, TX. The physician will lead a fully staffed team and provide high‑quality care to the local community.

Responsibilities include managing patient load, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring timely documentation with E/M billing. On-site, direct-hire, with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 14 patients per 8-hour shift.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with E/M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
