Eden Capital Careers seeks a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Physician) for an outpatient facility in Arlington, TX. You’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

The role requires MD/DO, active license, DEA/Furnishing, outpatient experience, and the ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported setting. Leadership of mid-level providers and weekly admin time are included.

Competenze

• Must have MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must hold CPR/BLS certification.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day of the visit, or within 72 hours, including accurate E/M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs), including chart reviews or audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
