MedCap Health is seeking Medical Directors/Attending Physicians to lead a team of specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities. This contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible role offers malpractice coverage, credential support, on-the-job training, administrative assistance, telemedicine for overnight and weekend coverage, and meaningful career growth.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Medical Directors/Attending Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Our Medical Directors/Attending Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
