MedCap Health is seeking Physicians to lead a team of healthcare specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities. This contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible role offers hospital-level care with flexible hours and strong professional support.

You will oversee a skilled nursing facility team, ensure quality medical care, and handle more complex cases with autonomy. Board-certified or eligible physicians are invited to apply, with ongoing development and telemedicine support.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Experience leading healthcare teams in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and provide hospital-level care in SNFs.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you’ll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
