MedCap Health in the United States is seeking Physicians to lead a team of specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities, offering contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible arrangements. You will deliver hospital-level care with autonomy and support for growth across 200+ facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing a skilled team, managing complex cases, and ensuring quality patient outcomes with flexible hours.

• Leadership experience would be preferred.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!
