Job summary

MedCap Health in the United States is seeking Physicians to lead talented healthcare specialists and nursing staff in long‑term care facilities. You will oversee a skilled team and deliver hospital-level medical care with autonomy and strong support for your development.

We offer a contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible basis with daytime hours, some weekends, telemedicine support for overnight and weekend coverage, and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists and nurse practitioners to deliver hospital-level care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and more complex cases with autonomy.
• Mentor staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

YOUR DAY

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!
