MedCap Health is seeking physicians to lead a team of specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities. This contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible role offers malpractice coverage, credential support, and telemedicine for overnight and weekend coverage.

You will lead a skilled nursing team, oversee complex cases, and contribute to growth and development within a physician-led organization poised to reshape post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering hospital-level care in skilled nursing facilities.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.

YOUR DAY

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
