Job summary

MedCap Health is hiring multiple Physicians to lead a talented team of healthcare specialists and nursing staff in long-term care facilities with the goal of delivering hospital-level care. You’ll join us on a contracted, full-time/part-time/flexible basis for the length of your contract.

Our physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed, in skilled nursing facilities, overseeing teams and providing quality medical care with autonomy and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience preferred to guide teams in skilled nursing facilities.
• Experience in hospitalist settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of physicians, specialists, and nurse practitioners in SNF care.
• Deliver hospital-level care with flexible, day-time coverage.
• Collaborate with facilities to build consistent schedules.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience would be preferred
