Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to service diagnostic equipment in the Corpus Christi area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain systems, delivering timely fixes and operator training for optimal performance.

You will manage customer relationships, adhere to the fleet safety policy, and travel as needed with a company vehicle, ensuring compliance with vendor credentialing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Device diagnostic equipment in the Corpus Christi area with supervision.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
