Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Medical Device diagnostic Equipment in the Austin, TX area; level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide operator training for optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, aiming to meet or exceed revenue, expense, and inventory targets.
• Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts; establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Adhere to Fleet Safety Policy and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
