Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to service medical diagnostic equipment in the local area. After onboarding, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance with limited supervision.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage territory financial performance, and oversee company assets including a vehicle, equipment, and inventory parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with service test equipment and tools.
• Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service medical diagnostic equipment in the Austin, TX area with minimal supervision.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance including revenue, expenses and inventory management.
• Maintain company assets (vehicle, cell phone, computer, tools, parts) and build strong customer relationships.
