Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to drive new prescription volume in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within a defined Texas territory. This entry point into medical device sales offers a pure hunter role without inheriting a book of business.

You will prospect, educate clinicians, build a territory pipeline in the CRM, and execute in-clinic demonstrations to convert conversations into prescribing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• No medical or clinical experience required; strong sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics across territory.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
