Job summary

Novocure is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Portsmouth, NH. This full-time, non-exempt role supports day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, cleaning Class III medical devices, storing supplies, and picking, packing, and shipping orders.

You will work with the Supply Chain Team under the Warehouse Manager to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery, maintaining quality and patient safety throughout all processes.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with handling patient-related shipments and HIPAA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify against PO, inspect for damage.
• Clean returned equipment to meet quality standards.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts.
• Follow GDP, GMP and ISO standards as applicable.
• Pick, pack and label orders to meet patient requirements.
• Prepare shipping documents and follow DOT/IATA rules.
