Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Production Operator to join the Operations team. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory updates, labeling, and packaging, with production support in cleanroom/CAE areas as needed.

Meticulous recordkeeping and adherence to SOPs are essential in this role. The position involves handling small implantable device components, requires fine motor skills, and collaboration with Quality and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fluent/proficient in English.
• 1-3 years shipping/receiving, warehouse, material handling, and manufacturing production assembly in medical device industry.
• Experience with warehouse shipping/receiving in regulated manufacturing environment.
• Solid hand-eye coordination; strong attention to detail in recording materials and production data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP/shop floor software including QAD.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; move items with a hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Shipping: prepare shipments, record per SOPs, coordinate global/domestic shipments, obtain freight quotes, schedule pickups.
• Receiving: receive/unpack/count deliveries, report discrepancies, prepare records for quality inspection.
• Material Handling & Inventory: move, stage, store components, update MRP systems, support cycle counts.
• Production & General Support: labeling, packaging, assembly, support cleanroom/CAE production; maintain traceability docs.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and production areas; seek efficiency improvements.
