Job summary

Novocure is seeking an Application Support Specialist to manage/support internally developed and external-facing business applications, plus third-party platforms. You will triage incidents, coordinate resolutions, and document outcomes to maintain stability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting custom, external-facing, or enterprise business applications in a corporate environment.
• Experience serving as a primary operational support resource for critical business applications.
• Ability to develop deep functional expertise in priority platforms while supporting a broader portfolio.
• Experience with healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, or another regulated industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support resource for internally developed applications, custom external-facing applications, and third-party enterprise platforms, including applications supporting patient and healthcare provider operations.
• Manage assigned tickets and triage, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of application incidents, service requests, defects, and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain deep functional knowledge of supported application workflows, integrations, business processes, and user experience considerations.
• Partner with stakeholders, owners, development teams, consultants, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues, improve system reliability, and support improvements.
• Participate in testing, release coordination, and transition to ongoing support for projects, enhancements, upgrades, and go-lives.
