Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify with PO, inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Clean returned equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shipment records and report discrepancies or damage.
• Follow GDP, GMP, ISO standards and Novocure Quality System.
• Maintain inventory with regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship orders accurately for internal and patient needs.
• Protect patient information following HIPAA during shipments.
• Prepare shipping docs and follow DOT/IATA requirements.
• Load/unload trucks and keep warehouse tidy and safe.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of our Supply Chain Team in Portsmouth, NH, you’ll support day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving and cleaning Class III medical devices to storing supplies and picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail will help maintain the quality and safety of equipment used in patient care.

This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Warehouse Manager. You’ll bring an organized, hands‑on approach to a role where accuracy, teamwork, and a focus on patients matter every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive incoming shipments, verify them against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
• Clean returned equipment in line with established procedures so it meets quality and safety standards for reuse
• Maintain shipment records and report discrepancies or damage to management
• Follow Novocure’s Quality System, GDP, GMP, and applicable ISO standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to meet internal and patient requirements
• Protect patient information and follow HIPAA requirements when handling patient‑related shipments
• Prepare shipping documentation and follow DOT/IATA requirements, including hazardous materials labeling when needed
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role covering a range of activities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office and MasterControl with minimal training
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and power stackers, after completing required training

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, or applicable ISO standards is preferred but not required

HOW YOU’LL WORK

• Work at our Portsmouth, NH facility as part of the Supply Chain Team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager
• Support hands‑on warehouse activities involving medical devices, supplies, and patient shipments
• Lift up to 20 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
