Job summary

CVRx is seeking a Warehouse and Production Operator to join our Operations team. You will handle shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory, and labeling, while supporting production in a controlled environment.

The role requires attention to detail and compliance with SOPs and QC documentation. This hourly, non-exempt position involves assembling very small components for implantable devices, using small tools and microscopes, in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Fluent/proficient in English.
• 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, warehouse, material handling, and manufacturing assembly in medical device industry.
• Experience with warehouse shipping/receiving in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with product assembly in a cleanroom/CAE, preferably medical devices with very small components.
• Solid hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and MRP/shop floor software including QAD.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; use a hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Shipments preparation and records per SOPs; manage global/domestic shipments.
• Update MRP and tracking systems (MRP, QAD, Salesforce).
• Receive, unpack, count deliveries; communicate discrepancies.
• Prepare records for quality inspection and route materials.
• Move, store, and organize components/materials; support cycle counts.
• Labeling, packaging, and assembly outside cleanroom; support cleanroom production.
