Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify, pack, and ship domestic and international orders. You will pick orders with handheld scanners and automated systems, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role supports R&D, QC, and tech services, and requires accurate, timely handling of materials. Located in Norwood/Billerica, MA, the position offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Two years’ experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving or related work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform 8-hour shifts.
• Knowledge of inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners and automated picking systems.
• Fill internal requisitions from R&D, reagents, QC, tech services, etc.
• Perform cycle counts and location audits.
• Maintain non-inventory packaging and shipping materials.
• Ensure accurate labeling, packing and manifesting of shipments.
• Generate bills of lading and record seal numbers as needed.
• Complete end-of-night checklist.
