Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to grow our national footprint. You’ll build relationships with doctors and clinics, manage your own territory like a business, and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions through in-home support and demonstrations.

You’ll deliver devices directly to patients, train them on proper use, and maintain ongoing service to create lasting patient impact.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and provider relationship management.
• In-home patient support and device delivery.
• Educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions.
• Conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations.
• Deliver devices to patients and train them on proper use.
• Create long-term impact through follow-up and service.
