Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking driven Territory Sales Managers to expand our nationwide footprint with non-opioid medical devices. This is a field-based, commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earning potential and a typical range of $60,000–$150,000+ annually based on performance.

You will build relationships with doctors and clinics, manage your territory like a business, deliver in-home patient support, and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and management across assigned region.
• Provider relationship management and education of non-opioid solutions.
• In-home patient support and device delivery.
• Support and train providers on device use to improve outcomes.
