Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across nationwide markets. This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential; no base salary is offered.

You will build relationships with providers, manage your territory like a business, educate on non-opioid recovery solutions, conduct demonstrations, and deliver devices to patients, ensuring proper use and follow-up for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams.
• Grow and manage your own territory like a business owner.
• Educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions.
• Conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations.
• Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use.
• Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service.
