Right Coast Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth nationwide in the field, focused on provider relationships and in-home patient support.

You’ll operate as a self-driven business owner with no base salary, earning commission with uncapped potential ($60k–$150k+). Travel locally and regionally, build clinics, deliver devices, and train patients while advancing non-opioid solutions. This role demands initiative, resilience, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and provider relationship management.
• In-home patient support and device delivery.
• Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions.
• Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations.
• Delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use.
• Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service.
