Job summary

Right Coast Medical seeks a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage a national territory. You will build relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions.

You will personally deliver devices to patients, train them on proper use, and drive long-term outcomes through ongoing service. This is a commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earnings potential, and there is no base salary.

Qualifications

• Territory management experience within healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with providers.
• Experience in healthcare sales or medical devices is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain provider relationships to expand adoption of non-opioid solutions.
• Deliver devices to patients and train them on proper use during home visits.
