Right Coast Medical is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow our nationwide network of non-opioid medical devices that reduce pain and opioid use. This field-based role focuses on territory expansion, provider relationship management, and in-home patient support with device delivery and training.

You are a true business owner, driving outcomes through education, service, and follow-up. Commission-only, uncapped earnings from $60,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Proven ability to manage a territory like a business

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
• Grow and manage your own territory like a business owner
• Educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
• Conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
• Deliver devices to patients and train them on proper use
• Provide long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service
