Job summary

Radiant Dev LLC seeks an Account Executive for the Central territory, covering Tennessee, Alabama, and parts of Kentucky. The ideal candidate is located in the greater Nashville, Knoxville or Huntsville metro areas and will drive new business, manage key accounts, and enhance patient outcomes through medical device solutions.

You will lead strategic sales plans, manage accounts, collaborate with contracting teams, and travel up to 75% to hospitals and health systems to drive adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business/marketing preferred.
• 7+ years in field sales and account management in medical devices.
• Experience with hospital stakeholders: ED, Infection Prevention, CVA, Supply Chain, C-Suite.
• Strong negotiation and contract renewal experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and account retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Meet quotas for revenue through pipeline growth and account expansion.
• Manage existing accounts for utilization and compliance.
• Lead negotiations and pricing discussions with customers.
• Conduct QBRs and provide data analytics.
• Collaborate with contracting and cross-functional teams.
