Stryker in Missouri seeks a field-based role to support sales teams, promote Stryker products, conduct OR and office product evaluations, and build lasting relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

You will assist business development, manage territory progress, and coordinate with Sales Representatives. Must have a degree or medical certification with related experience; valid driver’s license and English fluency required.

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree or medical certification with related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience acceptable.
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Preferred: medical-related fields or B2B sales experience; demonstrated team leadership; sales/marketing internship; collegiate leadership activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills with coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by territory needs.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness.
