Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and contribute to territory growth. You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives, assist with clinical procedures, and engage customers across operating room and clinical settings.

This field-based role offers exposure to sales and account management while building a foundation for a long-term career in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the assigned territory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
