Job summary

Stryker’s ENTRY-LEVEL Associate Sales Representative position is field-based and supports healthcare professionals with products and clinical procedures. You will work with experienced representatives to drive territory growth, engage accounts, and deliver education across OR and office settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, travel within the territory, and a drive to develop a long-term career in medical device sales with a leading global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across territory.
• Experience in outside sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
