Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and repair electro‑mechanical medical devices across a defined territory. You will travel to hospitals and clinics, performing preventive maintenance and training staff to ensure high availability and patient care.

The role emphasizes strong problem‑solving, communication, and meticulous documentation. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% are required, with a competitive base salary and US benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Or associate’s degree with 3+ years electro‑mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• BMET certification or military electrical training is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on electro‑mechanical medical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage service territory and schedule calls to meet SLA commitments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure test equipment is calibrated.
• Provide training to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
