Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, calibrate, and repair electro‑mechanical medical devices across healthcare settings. You will travel within the assigned territory to perform preventive maintenance, training, and service calls, ensuring SLA compliance and patient safety.

This role requires independent work, strong communication with customers, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with travel 50-75% including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical medical devices.
• Ability to travel 50-75% with overnight stays.
• Strong customer-facing communication.
• Work independently in field service.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and repair medical equipment per SLAs.
• Maintain service records and inventory transactions.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Plan and order parts; manage service territory.
• Mentor other technicians and share best practices.
