Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, repair and maintain a portfolio of devices in South East England or Midlands. The role requires travel within the region and UK, with application training to customers and staff to ensure proper use of equipment.

Ideal candidates have a technical engineering background and 4+ years in field service or medical devices, strong English skills, and the ability to work independently with flexible travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical engineering or technical education.
• 4+ years of experience in a Field Service position or medical device environment.
• Impeccable customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English; ability to travel overnight (1–2 nights per week).

Responsibilities

• Installation, proactive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for customers in the region.
• Manage minimal downtime on Haemonetics systems through training site personnel and quick problem investigations.
• Coordinate and prepare application training.
• Deliver application training to site personnel to use the medical equipment installed.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees.
• Develop strong partnerships with prospective customers and promote products.
