Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team. You will install, service, repair and maintain Haemonetics equipment across defined territories, with frequent travel (up to 75%). Residency near Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN is required for commutable coverage.

You will train customers, document work, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high uptime. You should have a BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Biomedical engineering and 5–8 years of field service experience in

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5-8 years of technical field service experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction: install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Understand operation processes, spare parts management, issues resolution, and service operation measurement.
• Customer follow-up and ownership of all product/service issues acting as a focal point for troubleshooting.
• Work as a continuous customer interface to drive customer satisfaction.
• Interface between the field organization and internal support structure, coordinating new system placements and contract renewals.
• Provide technical direction and on-site guidance/training to customers.
• Assist the quality team with data collection and timely reporting for performance analysis.
• Complete all required documentation in service tool (SFDC) on the same day as service.
