Job summary

ECA Recruiters is assisting a start-up healthcare company in seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Phoenix, AZ. You will educate endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics on the clinical benefits and drive product adoption across the territory.

The role is territory-based with no overnight travel. First-year total compensation ranges from $220k to $300k, with On-Target Earnings of $80k–$160k in commissions/bonus; top performers can reach $350k–$400k OTE.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years in medical devices
• Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
