Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and contribute to territory growth across assigned areas in Florida. You will work with experienced Sales Representatives to assist with sales activities and engage with customers in clinical settings.

The role offers exposure to medical device sales, clinical environments, and account management, with opportunities for long-term career development in a global leader in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in OR, office-based, and procedural settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
