Connections In Ohio Inc is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to manage inbound documentation through the fax queue, ensuring timely processing to support patient scheduling, billing, and clinical workflows.

The role includes weekly orientations and paid training, with no experience required. You will handle document intake, demographic and insurance data entry, and coordinate with clinical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service and/or data entry experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Proficient typing and comfort with computer systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume phone interactions.
• Medical terminology background.
• 2 years' customer service and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify inbound faxed documents.
• Upload documents into patient charts and route to departments.
• Validate patient records and resolve duplicates.
• Enter demographic, insurance and billing details across payer categories.
• Process and validate orders/referrals for completeness.
• Confirm referring provider details and ensure credentialing/regulatory compliance.
• Provide backup coverage for related administrative workflows.
