Connections in Ohio is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to handle inbound fax documents, classify and route them, and ensure accurate demographic and billing data across payers. The role supports patient scheduling and clinical workflows in a temporary/PRN capacity.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify inbound faxed documents and route to appropriate departments
• Upload documents into patient charts and initiate follow-up workflows
• Enter and validate demographic, insurance, and billing details across payer categories
• Process and validate orders/referrals ensuring complete and accurate information
• Confirm provider details and ensure compliance with credentialing standards
