Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead client programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, and clients to drive execution, manage workflows, and maintain financial oversight.

The role involves overseeing MLR processes, project documentation, and invoicing activities while serving as the primary client contact for status updates and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management in pharma-related services (medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production).
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful client programs.
• Serve as operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers.
• Oversee MLR review processes, project docs, and financial tracking; provide client status updates and financial communications.
