Emotive in Boston is seeking an Account Executive to manage client projects, coordinate events and digital campaigns, and track budgets and timelines. You will work closely with the Account Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and build strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing or related field required.
• Experience collaborating within teams to deliver projects.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support client services by coordinating meetings, events, digital assets, and campaigns.
• Attend client calls and meetings; maintain client contact under supervision.
• Deliver identified account activities and help manage timelines with the Account Manager.
• Maintain project budgets and monitor cost-effective delivery.
• Contribute to new business research and proposals with the account team.
• Develop understanding of therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical communications strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of Emotive services and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster productive relationships across colleagues at all levels.
