Emotive, a global medical communications agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Boston with a hybrid schedule. You will manage key client relationships, shape project strategies, and ensure financial accuracy across accounts for a US client.

Working closely with Senior Account Director and a multidisciplinary team, you will lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reviews while mentoring junior staff and contributing to growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a medical communications agency.
• Strong understanding of medical communications and industry guidelines.
• Excellent project management and client-facing skills.

• Demonstrate strategies to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial planning across accounts.
• Lead monthly forecasting and billing plans with rationale for accurate monthly recognition.
• Review financial tracking and revenue updates; monitor scope creep and take proactive actions.
• Understand clients' objectives, market dynamics, and therapeutic areas to support needs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide innovative solutions to client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery with budget adherence and high-quality outcomes.
• Stay aligned with client plans and anticipate upcoming events like product launches.
• Contribute to client expansion plans and discuss new ideas with Account Lead.
