Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Advertising AOR team. This hybrid US role can be based in Boston, Carmel, Chicago, or other US offices, or remote within the US.

You’ll manage client relationships, develop integrated strategies, and oversee budgets to deliver health-focused campaigns. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in account management, strong communication, and knowledge of pharma marketing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that align with client goals.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide updates on financial status.
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them.
• Understand implications across tactical/business plans and interdependencies between workstreams.
