Community Health Care in Washington state seeks a Medical Clinic Manager to oversee administrative operations across seven clinics. You will supervise staff, train and develop teams, and ensure efficient budgeting and staffing to support patient care.

The role collaborates with Quality Improvement, HR, and other departments to manage projects, maintain supplies and equipment, and uphold safe, compliant clinic operations across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in business or related area or equivalent licensure or 5 years clinical experience including managing and leading, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clinic staff and coordinate daily administrative operations.
• Oversee staff training, performance, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Review expenditures and monitor budgets to keep spending within contract/organization guidelines.
• Approve leave time and timesheets for supervised staff; maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and facilities; arrange repairs/maintenance; ensure safe working conditions.
• Partner with QI, HR, and other departments to manage and complete projects as needed.

Our Medical Clinic Managers performs a variety of activities within the administrative scope of work. Administrative activities include but are not limited to supervision of clinic staffs, staff training, and the effective management of patient problems. In addition, they assist the clinic’s Lead Provider in reviewing/monitoring expenditures, keeping expenditures within budget and in compliance with existing contracts/linkage agreements. They approve all leave time and timesheets of supervised staff, maintains adequate staffing to support provider level. In addition, maintains supplies, equipment, and inventories; arranges for repairs, replacements, and maintenance care of facility and equipment; and ensures safe working conditions. In addition, they partner with QI, HR, and other departments to manage and complete projects as needed. They also assign and delegates administrative tasks for supervised employees; coordinates replacements for absent staff as needed; recommends staffing patterns.
